Returns
We are sorry that you have to make a return. Before selling to our in-store customers or shipping online orders, we do open all items to check for defects to ensure your satisfaction.
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If your purchase date was more than 30 days ago, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Sorry, these items are not returnable:
- Seasonal items after the holiday
- Stuffed plush animals
- Sale Items and Clearance Items
Please email palmyrapharmacyckcrx@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your original payment amount.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method to make the return.
